1.Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacture?
A: We are a manufacture and we are professional on dyeing&printing for swimwear&Activeswear fabric and Lingerie fabric.
2.Q: So how do we know, whether we need to print by digital or screen?
A: In general, we will suggest customer to choose by below two points:
1) The print is very complicated and with many colors(more than 14 colors) or have special effect, then we suggest to do this print by digital.
2) The order quantity of print is very small, like lower than 300yds.
3.Q:How to get a fabrc sample
A:Free A4 sample;Customer need to pay express freight
4.Q: What kind of print are you supplying?
A: Both digital print，rotary screen print &screen print.
5.Q: So how do we know, whether we need to print by digital or screen?
A: In general, we will suggest customer to choose by below two points:
1) The print is very complicated and with many colors(more than 14 colors) or have special effect, then we suggest to do this print by digital.
2) The order quantity of print is very small, like lower than 300yds.
6.Q:How do you ship the goods and how long dose it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL or Fedex if the clients would like to use, It usually takes 5-7 days to reach your hand. Also you can choose Ocean ship. It will take about 15-25 days to arrive most of the Countries,
7.Q:Do you offer guarantee to keep secret of the design and custom's information?
A: Sure we will protect the copyright of all the design and custom's information. Will not show any design from clients on line or send to other people.
8.Q:Lap Dips and Strike Offs
A:1.For dyed fabric: Provide with color swatches or Pantone number, we finish in 3-5 business days.
2.For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we make computer artworks for approval first then send strike offs in 5-7 business days before bulk production.
